It looks like another crap skill.  If it can let the enemy whose range is one reduced to zero and can’t attack for three turns, then it’s not bad.  However, will this affect the skill range as well? (ex. Dark reel, Typhoon?) Let’s see.

讓射程內一個敵人的射程減 1，感覺蠻廢的。不知道已經是 1的會不會變 0然後不能攻擊 3回合。但不受一般攻擊射程影響的技能 (如: Dark reel, Typhoon) 是否能夠發動? 發動的話，是不是射程會被縮成 1呢?
